Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95)
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship globally, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your items.

Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on socks and certain intimate apparel from our Men’s and Women’s Clothing collections unless they are defective. All other products (Headwear, Running Shoes, Trail Running Shoes, and Walking Shoes) are eligible for returns.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Return/Exchange

    Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include:

    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
  2. Receive Authorization

    Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  3. Package Your Items

    Securely pack the unused, unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

  4. Ship Your Return

    Send the package to our returns center at:

    Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

  5. Processing

    Once received, we’ll inspect your items and process your return or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refund Information

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your return.
  • Credit card refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.
  • PayPal refunds are typically processed within 24 hours of our approval.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Information

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return.
  • Standard shipping charges apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error.
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference.
  • If the exchange item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference.
