At Brooks Sports, we stand behind our high-performance running gear and activewear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Note: For hygiene reasons, socks and certain intimate apparel from our Men’s and Women’s Clothing collections cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. All other products in our Headwear, Running Shoes, Trail Running Shoes, and Walking Shoes categories are eligible for returns.
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Return/Exchange: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Receive Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the unused, unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at: Brooks Sports Returns

- Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your items and process your return or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your return. Please note:
- Credit card refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal refunds are typically processed within 24 hours of our approval
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Information
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- Standard shipping charges apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference
- If the exchange item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
